How long does it take for shipping?
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12.00 are delivered to the courier the next day. The shipment then takes 2-3 working days.
You will receive the code to track your package once the shipment has been made via a second confirmation email.
How much does the shipment cost?
Shipments to Switzerland cost 8.50 Swiss francs for a pack that weight up to 2Kg, 11.50 up to 10Kg and 20.50 for packs that weight more than 10Kg.
Shipments are free for orders over 100.00 Swiss francs.
How do I track my package?
As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the code to track the shipment.
Exchange, return and refound?
If you receive defective goods or in case of shipping errors, please report the incident within 14 days to customer service by writing an email to info@seoulistique.com to agree on the return method.
Returns are only accepted for products that have not already been used and are defective or in case of errors.
The received product is damaged, what can I do?
We are sorry! We try to package all products so that they arrive in excellent condition at your door, but it can happen that the product is damaged in transit. In the case of damaged products, contact customer assistance at info@seoulistique.com attaching a photo of the damaged product and we will refund or replace it as soon as possible!
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled only if they have not already been processed. Orders placed before 12.00 Monday to Friday are despatched at the latest the next day, so please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.
